Terms of Service

Template terms for review. Last updated June 2026.

Use of Episap

Episap is provided to support multidisciplinary case meeting preparation, participation, consent tracking and record keeping. Users must only use the service for lawful, authorised clinical and administrative purposes.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for entering accurate information, inviting appropriate participants, maintaining login security, checking outputs before clinical use and ensuring they have authority to handle any patient information they upload or share.

Clinical decisions

Episap is a workflow and documentation tool. It does not replace clinician judgement, formal diagnosis, treatment planning, emergency care, regulatory obligations or local clinical governance processes.

Australian operation

These template terms are drafted for an Australian clinical coordination workflow and should be reviewed against Australian law, privacy obligations and any practice-specific governance requirements before production use.

Accounts and access

Access may be suspended or removed where an account appears compromised, unauthorised, inactive, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms. Users must not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.

Service providers

Episap may rely on infrastructure, communications, authentication, analytics and support providers to operate the service. Provider use is intended to be limited to what is needed to deliver and protect the service.

Changes

These template terms may be updated as the product, legal review and operating model mature. Continued use after notice of updated terms means the updated terms apply.
